Delete your account
How to delete your iBET Packs account, and what happens to your data.
In the app
- Open iBET Packs and sign in.
- Go to Account, then Profile.
- Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
By email
Write to support@ibetnetworks.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
Before you delete
- Withdraw your balance. The app will not delete an account with a balance to withdraw or a withdrawal still being paid. If a small amount is left, the app asks you to confirm you are giving it up.
- Ship or sell back the cards in your Locker. Cards left there are lost when the account is deleted.
- Your iBET Packs and iBET accounts are the same account, so deleting one deletes both.
What happens
Your name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, profile photo and identity details are removed from your account straight away, and you are signed out on every device. We keep the records the law requires us to keep, such as payments, withdrawals and purchases. The Privacy Policy has the details.
